THIS IS AN AWESOME VIDEO AND UNFORTUNATELY SO TRUE. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND GOD AND AM SHARING MY FAITH. THAT’S RIGHT, SOME OF MY FRIENDS CALL ME A JESUS FREAK, BUT THAT IS OK. I KNOW WHEN I DIE, I AM GOING TO HEAVEN, HOW ABOUT YOU?
This video is really awesome. I love the natural and smooth voice over, the effects are nice and not over done and message is dead on. In fact, it gave me a new perceptive about how I looked at the problem of people not liking church. You’ve got my vote!
You do not know me personally yet but I just viewed your video and loved it. You are so right that the church is in us and unless people really see Jesus in us they do not want to go to a church.
When we really come alive an excited about Jesus then people will want to come.
I really believe the video made you think!! And that is a GOOD thing.
My vote is for you and may God continue to bless you in all that you do.
You did a a super job!!!!!

Nice Message, especially the part about our society and the over abundance of stuff. It’s all about perspective and priorities. Lots of Luck! You have my vote.
There is so much going on in our lives that we have no quiet time for God. We live in an “I want” society that continues to moves from one exciting purchase to the other. We need churches that are more concerned about reaching these people than “kepping to their rituals and traditions”. We are so caught up in the thrill of spending money that we’ve covered up the hole in our hearts for Christ. Well, the cover up is always temporary- but in Christ’s arms, I’m satisfied.
For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good. Psalm 107:9
Wow, the comments on this video clearly reflect a bunch of people who are passionate about the Kingdom of God.
Ben, being that I am a pastor, that really hurts me to think that 50% of us would switch to something “better” if we could merely obtain it.
I’ll say this… starting up and pastoring ekklesia has been absolutely incredible. The stories of individual lives… the stories of the movement of ekklesia… and the grand story of God’s Kingdom are more exciting for me than any other potential story I could potentially enter into.
I’ll also say this… If we weren’t moving forward… if we weren’t experiencing movement in our own lives… and experiencing the reality of many others’ lives being dramatically impacted… I would be miserable. I would want to quit. I would want to throw in the towel. I would want to chase after some other story that appeared to promise something worth living for.
I can see that a lot of the people commenting on your video have similar ambitions (Christ and His glory). I’d love to hear some of your stories… spreading the message of Christ and seeing/experiencing Him make a difference.
This is very true- the church is the people; it’s also within each of us, and going to church is mostly about the fellowship- if the people there aren’t good then there’s no need to go. I think the decline of the church in America reflects the majority’s values and also the growth and fellowship of the church.
Very good video! You’ve got my vote. Once a man asked me: ‘what if one day you found out that there is no God or heaven to go to?” I told him, that his statement was rediculous but would look at it for the sake of answering his question. I told him that if that were true and it isn’t, I really would not be losing much, maybe a little money to the church and the work of it, and maybe a little time. But, on the other hand, if it is true, and it is, I’d have heaven to gain and hell to shun! And, have nothing to really lose, but everything to gain! hallelujah! In Christ, Claudio (former high school teacher)

1Very well done. Great message, and loved the “spark” between the fingers on the painting.

6Very well done! It is really good. I like the thoughts. You are dead on with your points of how people think and behave in this day and age.
